The Allen Mouse Brain Atlas is an interactive, genome-wide image database of gene expression. Find ISH and Nissl images from the Allen Mouse Brain Atlas using one of the following: Gene: Click the first letter in the gene symbol below, or use the above "Gene Search" option. Anatomic Structure: Select a structure to view genes found to have a high level of expression within it, or build a custom query with the "Anatomic Search." Fine Structure: Use "Fine Structure Search" to find genes that have high specificity expression in particular brain regions or nuclei. Boolean Syntax: Create a custom query using the "Boolean Syntax Query" search option. List of Genes: Download a comma delimited list (.csv) of all the genes studied for the mouse brain atlas.
