Investigate the principles of electro-oculography while recording different types of eye movements.
The aim of this experiment is for students to investigate the principles of electro-oculography. Students will record an electro-oculogram, or EOG, for eye movements in the horizontal plane, slow tracking, saccades, and nystagmus. This experiment includes a movie depicting these different types of eye movements and the techniques behind recording the EOG. This experiment is suitable for students with basic knowledge of the PowerLab Data Acquisition System.
