POSITION:  The Psychology and Neuroscience Department at Regis University is seeking applications for a tenure track Assistant or Associate professor position in neuroscience, to begin Fall 2012.  Primarily a teaching university, we are looking for a Ph.D. in Neuroscience who is dedicated to excellent undergraduate teaching and expected to develop and maintain a strong empirical research program, and engage bright, motivated undergraduates in her/his research. Candidates with research areas that include developmental neuroscience or molecular/genetic neuroscience are preferred.  The successful candidate must be able to teach introductory level neuroscience courses, a course in neuroscience methods, and a molecular, cellular, and developmental neurobiology course, as well as courses in his/her own area of interest.  Teaching in the college’s core curriculum is also expected.
