On April 21st, Cedar Crest College will be hosting our third annual LVSfN Undergraduate Research Conference to celebrate the scholarship of undergraduate students and their mentors in the following disciplines: neuroscience, psychology and philosophy of the mind. We are inviting students and colleagues from the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Central Pennsylvania and Scranton/Wilkes-Barre areas to participate. Our event focuses primarily on the scholarly work of undergraduate students studying the brain, mind and behavior. We have secured two guest speakers at different stages of their careers. Dr. Karyl Swartz is the director of the Division of AIDS, Behavioral and Population Sciences and Center for Scientific Review at NIH and Dr. Candice Klingerman is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Cellular and Molecular Physiology at Penn State University College of Medicine.
We have developed an online registration and abstract submission form that may be accessed through our website: www.lvsfn.com For questions, please contact Cecilia Fox at cfox@moravian.edu or Audrey Ettinger at ajetting@cedarcrest.edu.
