Position: Assistant Professor - Psychology
Description: Mary Baldwin College invites applications for an Assistant Professor, tenure-track position in the Department of Psychology beginning September 2010. Applicants should be committed to teaching in a liberal arts women’s college with a growing co-educational program for adults, a nationally recognized program for young gifted women, and an innovative leadership program. Candidates should demonstrate potential for supervising undergraduate research projects. Emphasis for position is in Cognitive Psychology. Teaching responsibilities include introductory psychology, memory and cognition, history and systems, personality, senior thesis supervision, and related courses. Doctorate completed or near completion required.
