Looking for a quick small equipment grant

Greetings,

I just found out that a piece of equipment that we have been borrowing from our Chemistry and Physics program has to go back to them (a very sensitive balance we use to measure out caffeine powder. It was a spare and their other unit has been damaged). We are midway through a research project that we hope to present at a conference in May, so I can't wait for June or October deadlines. Does anyone know of an equipment grant that might cover the cost of a $2,000 balance that has a very fast turn-around?

Thanks!

KS

Reviewers Needed for Undergraduate Neuroscience e-Laboratories

Science Approach, a small e-learning development organization based in Tucson, Arizona, is looking for undergraduate neuroscience faculty to review online laboratories developed with Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) funding from the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Each e-laboratory features analysis of neuroimaging data provided by collaborating scientists funded by the NIMH. The purpose of this review is to facilitate final edits to the labs before they are released in early 2012.
