Two-year Visiting Assistant Professor - Neurobiology

The Department of Biology and the Neurosciences Program at St. Mary’s College of Maryland in Historic St. Mary’s City invite applications for a two-year visiting assistant professor position beginning August 2017. Teaching responsibilities include the following: Principles of Biology; Neurobiology; Introduction to Neurosciences; Neuroscience Seminar; and electives in the candidate’s area of specialization.  We especially encourage applicants with research interests in cellular and/or molecular neuroscience. Ph.D. required; postdoctoral training and/or teaching experience preferred.  Employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
