Visiting Assistant Professor - Williams College
WILLIAMS COLLEGE DEPARTMENT OF PSYCHOLOGY invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Behavioral Neuroscience, beginning July 1, 2018. We provide mentoring in teaching and support for research for visiting faculty. Teaching responsibilities will likely be a co-taught Introduction to Neuroscience course, an upper-level research seminar with laboratory in the candidate’s area of interest, and a team-taught interdisciplinary senior seminar. We are particularly interested in attracting and welcoming candidates from under-represented groups, and hiring candidates who can work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Candidates should have a Ph.D. at the time of appointment or be near completion of that degree.
