Assistant or Associate Professor, Psychology (Behavioral Neuroscience)
The Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences at Quinnipiac University is seeking to hire a behavioral neuroscientist at the assistant or associate professor level on a tenure track. The appointment will begin in August 2024. The department is particularly interested in an individual with translational research specialization in behavioral, physiological, or molecular neuroscience using traditional or nontraditional non-primate animal models.
The mission of the Department of Psychology is to work with students to increase their scientific and psychological literacy while they prepare themselves for meaningful careers and personal lives. We are committed to inclusive teaching practices and weaving diversity throughout our courses and programs. Therefore, we are particularly interested in candidates who, or will, center their work around inclusive practices and who will join us in fostering diversity in our department.
