The successful candidate(s) must be able to teach one or more courses in research methods in psychology, introduction to psychology, biopsychology, and/or clinical psychology and able to contribute to our course offerings in other areas of our curriculum (e.g., developmental psychology, social psychology, cognitive psychology, etc.). The successful candidate(s) is expected to engage with culturally diverse populations in higher education, integrate evidence-based and inclusive pedagogical techniques and technologies, and maintain high expectations for student learning. Given that Autumn 2020 courses will be offered online, the successful candidate(s) should be comfortable with online instruction.
Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to diversity and inclusion in their pedagogy. Candidates must demonstrate competence in teaching and have, at minimum, a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent in a related field. The candidate must be a US citizen or have visa status permitting employment in the US.
